• Presence: 20+ years of mindfulness/meditation including 7 years working with chronic pain and illness

• Somatic Awareness: 10 years of Aikido practice, including Tai-chi and Qi-gung

• Creativity: Lifetime of visual art expression, and most recently exploration of music theory, composition and performance

• Strategic Giving/ Philanthropy: ~30 years of non-profit fundraising, private family foundation, and corporate foundation funding experience, including coaching young inheritors and retirees on their personal giving plans

  • International Coach Academy Certificate: Certified Professional Coach (CPC) (April 2019-March 2020)

  • International Coaching Federation: ACC accreditation (April 2020-March 2023) I have decided to let this credential expire. The direction my coaching has taken has become far wider over time than I feel ICF scopes. So you find me in an exploratory moment, leaving definitions of what I do more open.
